One of the 'Madonna the worst copycat of the world' site fan sent me a photo of Mylène Farmer and Madonna. It was a weak comparison but I searched a bit in google and here it is. www.mylene.net/modules/index.php?r=4&z=3672He later sent me this photo:  There was another website comparing both of them. Seems like almost whole MDNA tour was copied from Farmer's style. I'll show the photo as soon as I make it.  At begining I thought it's just the same trousers, but not only. Also white shirt with collar and long black gloves or sleeves. And later(during the show) they're both only in trousers and shirt. |

I was reading up on Mylène Farmer on Wikipedia and I couldn't believe how similar some of her videos sound like Madonna's. Except that she did it before Madonna and Madonna looks like a cheap copy.
The description of the "Plus grandir" video sounded a bit like "Like A Prayer," with the usage of religion and se.x.
The "Libertine" video sounded like "Express Yourself," with wearing male-like clothing to express female empowerment.
Except that those videos came out 3-4 years before Madonna's.

I've just made a photo using pictures the website I mentioned. www.mffcf.org/blog/2012/06/07/madonna-sois-elle-be-it/I used one part of Anthony's photo(like a prayer and plus grandir comparison) because 'plus grandir' was released even earlier than 'regrets' and video quality is better.  |

Did she kiss a girl in the "Libertine" video? It's been a while since I last watched it... No she didn't kiss a girl in this video (from 1986) but she had a bath with few girls. So there is some kinda lesbian motive and it was released 3 years before Justify my plagiarisms( from 1989). Backing to this tarantulacrazy, he is right that comparison on website I posted before is not right but as I mentioned before Mylene used lesbian motives before Maledonna. I remeber him because I've had an argument with him some time ago. He kept on repeating how creative and boundaires-pushing Mandonna is and many people copy her.  I saw his profile and it looks like he is a huge fan of Madonut AND Mylene, also hates Michael Jackson. I'm sure he knows Libertine video and that Mylene has done many things before queen of bathrooms but will never admit it.  P.S. There is a little mistake in my earlier post. Mylene didn't write a book of tales for childer but for adults. |
