Yep. The bassline/synth sounds like it was the same. EDIT: The whosampled site was also very helpful to me. Though it should be renamed whocopied.com since I don't think Madonna ever gave any credit to the people she "sampled" from. The comments section also had a lot or posts about songs she copied. It's very helpful in finding plagiarisms but you have to know how to use it. Everytime I posted a plagiarism on fb I checked on wikipedia whether she gave credits for any of the writer. But still it's not enough to give a credit for someone if she didn't ask them for permission and pay royalties. I heard she did so only once when she sampled Abba's song in hung up. It seem like she gave credits only for about 5 of tha sampled songs. You probably mean my comments where I wrote some of my rejected submissions. Unfortunately there are some moldonnan fans among moderators who rejected many of my submissions. There isn also other member who submitted many madonna songs and told me that moderators rejected may of his submissions.

The Flop Nature (Human Nature) Wiki page says:
"Samples" = steals.
But the writing and producer credits say:
None of the Main Source group members have a credit anywhere. They should have a credit shouldnt they? Its only the right thing to do.

It doesn't matter if the owners of samples are credited or not. All songs on this page are "samples" and total rip offs of lyrics are called "covers".

Thanks for the info and the thread!
The part about paying royalties and asking for permission makes sense to me. That's why Fairuz sued her in 1992 when Madonna used a sample of one of her songs without her permission and without paying her any money.
I wonder if she paid any money for the Kool and the Gang "sample" on the song or is she just added it without their permission...

She gave the credits for Kool & The Gang?? From what I can see she didn't. I've been checking this site regularly for a longer time. There was still the same amount of the songs she sampled so I thought nothing was added. Moreover when I chosed 'sort by latest additions' there were my last submissions on top of the list. I was ensured that no one didn't add a new entry but when I checked the whole list yeasterday I've noticed 4 new songs that she sampled. Thanks God I remember all the songs on the list and discerned the new ones. But HOW is that possible that they aren't on top of the most recent additions? And the amount of songs she sampled didn't change? Is there an error in the program of the site or someone tries to hide the truth? From my posts on the forum and comments under her section they know that I'm very concerned about her plagiarisms.

Wlkipedia says: If she didn't credit them it's a rip-off since it's basically the same melody and instrumentation as "Erotica"... I'm guessing you are the member "Music Sage" from the comments section. That is definitely weird.

Yes it's me. And on wikipedia it's written that she sampled them because it's obvious. But that's an information, not credits. Credits are under the first photo on the right. "Writer(s) Madonna Shep Pettibone Anthony Shimkin Producer Madonna Pettibone"
