A crazy fan sent this message to me on Youtube: Oh really? 1967- The Velvet Underground & Nico Also from Wikipedia it says: as well as the focus on controversial subject matter expressed in many of their songs including drug abuse, prostitution, sadism and masochism and sexual deviancy. Other music album artworks inspired by Andy Warhol: Also, I like this comment:

Debbie Harry's poster from 1980 (2 years before anyone heard about Madge) by Andy Warhol Her fans act as if Andy worked with Lamedonna first. Lol. Were they even friends? He passed away in 1987.

If M is as original as fans claim, then she wouldn't need to find "inspirations" from Andy, Marilyn, Marlene, etc.
But if you look back, her interpretations of her inspirations are cut and paste jobs. She adds nothing new to her "inspired" music and videos.

I listened to Gaga's new album and found nothing "artistic" (maybe for except "GUY" or "Manicure" which were about empowerment) on it. It was just a simple pop album. To me at least. But Madonna's fans are still calling Gaga's album a rip-off of Madonna's "pop art" style. Lol. Now, how can Gaga copy Madonna for a style of art that Madonna didn't even create? They act as if artists like David Bowie and Michael Jackson, who incorporated "art" into their music before her, didn't exist.
