So it's official. Is it how the song will really sound? And how can anyone say that something copies 'give me all your luvin' when it's a plagiarism itself?(Joao Brasil- LOVE banana+ Karen Kamon- manhunt)

The Madgestans will never stop as they attempt to cover up M's thievery once again.
Blaming Gaga won't make people forget that she is also a thief.

I read about Gaga's song coming out earlier and I decided to check in here to see what the Madgetans are saying.
Why am I not surprised!?
They need to move on. The only song of Gaga's that may sound like a Lamedonna song is Born This Way.

I have not heard the Gaga song but I said in another post that I may consider her song to be plagiarism of Madonna if it sounds like "LOVE Banana", "DJ Got Us Falling In Love" or if it incorporates Cyndi Lauper lyrics.
Since Madonna copied those songs, and Gaga is being accused of copying Madonna, it only makes sense that Gaga's song would also copy the songs I mentioned above.
Hope I'm making sense because I'm very sleepy. Well good night!

LOL! Are the idiots still at it? I knew there had to be at least one Madonna comparison to Gaga's song but this is a bit if a stretch. When you listen to Applause and Give Me All Your Flopping the thing that stands out from both is the drums. I can see why the idiots would think its copied. But because of that they are not a copy! So many songs emphasize the drums in the production. And no, the "I live for the applause" does not sound like "Give me all your love". Don't know where they got Over and over from. They don't have similar chords, progression, similar instruments, similar lyrics. Nothing! The idiots are only pulling sh*t out of their a** to make it look like Gaga is a copy. Maybe they should look at their reductive queen if they're looking for someone who is a copycat?

flea dip posted articles from journalists who do not think the songs sound the same. Madonna Fans Pounce: Lady Gaga’s ‘Applause’ Rips Off ‘Girl Gone Wild’- Lady Gaga is no stranger to Madonna fans attacking her over songs that sound incredibly similar to the Queen of Pop. On her last album, the song Born This Way was widely compared to Madonna’s Express Yourself. This time around, it’s the singers song Applause which is being compared to Madonna’s tune Girl Gone Wild.
It literally only took seconds for Madonna fans to attack the song after it was released on iTunes.
So did Lady Gaga rip off Madonna? You can listen to the song mashup (posted above) and decide for yourself. However, it should be noted that Madonna’s song was only released in 2012. There’s the very real chance that both women were writing and recording their songs around the same time.
On the other hand, music fans pretty much believe everyone plagiarizes their favorite musicians. A few days before this new claim, Madonna fans said Katy Perry’s song Roar was nothing more than a plagiarized version of Sara Bareilles single Brave. While Express Yourself and Born This Way did share a lot of similarities, the only thing Applause and Girl Gone Wild seem to share is a love for the Euro-house genre.
That particular form of music often shares similarity in rhythm, beats, etc. So is Lady Gaga ripping off Madonna again? The simple answer is no. On the other hand, the mashup that was created to showcase the two songs is actually really catchy.
Perhaps the two superstars of pop music will work together one day. They could borrow elements from Lady Gaga and Madonna’s music and probably create the next big hit of summer.
Do you think Lady Gaga ripped off Madonna for Applause, or is the genre of music to blame for catchy tunes that work well together? Madonna Fans Are Convinced Lady Gaga Ripped Off 'Girl Gone Wild'- Well, that was quick: Madonna fans have already accused Lady Gaga of plagiarism, noting similarities between Gaga's new single "Applause" and Madonna's 2012 single "Girl Gone Wild."
Within hours of Gaga's song's release, someone uploaded a mashup of the two songs to YouTube with the intention of highlighting the songs' similarities. It's a fun listen, but hardly proves anything: They are both synthy dance songs. As is every. Other. Song. On. The. Radio.
It seemed like there'd be hope for some sort of professional reconciliation between Gaga and Madonna after they were both targeted by the Russian government over their support for gay rights in that nation.
The two have traded barbs in the press for a couple of years now over the sonic similarities between Lady Gaga's "Born This Way," released 2011, and Madonna's "Express Yourself," released 1989. Though Madonna refrained from comment for a full year or so, she dismissed "Born This Way" as "reductive" when it came time to promote her own album, MDNA.

I've seen comparisons to "Turn Up the Radio", "Girl Gone Wild", "Over and Over" and "Give Me All Your Luvin'". I'm certain that she didn't copy all of those. And some of these claims make no sense.
"Applause" has a harder, faster synthesized intro than "Turn Up the Radio". And didn't "Turn Up the Radio" copy a Rafaella song? Check the Rafaella thread.
And it doesn't even copy the other songs either. Seems some of you have already pointed out why.
At this point, considering how all over the place these claims are, it's apparent how desperate her fanbase is to try and claim Gaga is a copycat. But why can't they admit and awknowledge that Madonna isn't original either.

No. FLOPPLAUSE sounds like SUPERSTAR and I DONT GIVE A.
The drum sequence and the retro vibe are obvious.
No. Madonna never copied. CACA on the other hand has copied her hole career thanks to the Queen.

Not to get off-topic, but flea said that Gaga will always be compared to Madonna no matter what she does. And I agree. Take these photos from her latest photoshoot for example. She's taking photo-inspired pics of her idols for this shoot. In the second one, they said she looked like Madonna but Gaga quickly says, "SECOND ONE IS BOWIE DUH." Its not as if Madonna is Gaga's only idol or inspiration. And besides, her vocals/style in her new song is compared to that of Bowie's, not Madonna.

Seems like Thiefdonna's fans didn't determine which song "Gaga copied" this time and each fan is claiming something different. P.S. "Superliar"(=madonna) produced by Martin Solveig takes drum sequence from his older hit "Hello" From 0:00 From 0:00

CACA on the other hand has copied her hole career thanks to the Queen. I'm certain that I disabled "Guest" comments. I just went to disable it AGAIN. If you want to post here, you will have to register. As for those claims. No. Why are some fans saying "Give Me All Your Luvin'" and others "Girl Gone Wild"? The delusion to blame Gaga of plagiarizing Madonna yet again has become tiresome and idiotic. Especially when all the fans are shouting random song titles. Look at this latest article: Lady Gaga accused of ripping off another Madonna songLady Gaga is facing further scrutiny over her music after fans accused her of copying the tune from another Madonna track in her new single. The Poker Face hitmaker came under fire in 2011 when she was accused of taking the melody from Madonna's 1989 single Express Yourself and turning it into her track Born This Way. Gaga released her latest song, Applause, this week, but many fans have noticed similarities to Madonna's 2012 track Girl Gone Wild. The speculation has caused a buzz on Twitter.com and among music reviewers, with one critic for the Huffington Post writing, "There is definitely a whiff of familiarity about (Applause). Yep, it sounds like Lady Gaga has been listening to her Madonna collection again. And I'm not talking about 'classic' Madonna either, it's Madge's number 73 errrm, smash, Girl Gone Wild from 2012. Hmmm, we're pretty sure Madonna would see this all as rather 'reductive'."A 'mash-up' of the two songs has also been posted online and is spreading across the web. Madonna previously quipped of the Born This Way controversy, "I'm a really big fan of (Born This Way). I'm glad that I helped Gaga write it." ------------------------------------ "Applause" does not sound like "Girl Gone Wild" at all. Listen to this song: "Girl Gone Wild" sounds a lot like this Usher song, sonically and lyrically. And isn't there a Kylie song that sounds like "Girl Gone Wild" as well? I'm certain I've seen one video comparing both songs...
