The question is only about music plagiarisms(music, lyrics), not art plagiarisms like copying the video, stealing logo or clothing line.

If she has 3 music rip-offs in each album... 3*12 = 36. And let's not forget the non-album songs ("Vogue; "Justify My Love", etc). So maybe around 40-ish. Though it could be higher. And I wouldn't doubt if it was.

Don't forget about plagiarisms on her shows. Sometimes 'her' tour versions are different than album versions.

Don't forget about plagiarisms on her shows. Sometimes 'her' tour versions are different than album versions. That is true. I once heard a remix (I think) version of "Music" at a restaurant I went to (who plays her music at a restaurant? Lol. ) and a couple days later I heard a dance-song called "Detroit" (I'm unsure of the name) but it had a similar instrumentation! I should try to find both songs to see if they're similar...

Wasn't it 'put your hands up for detroit' by Fedde le Grand? From 0:44 From 0:28 And the intro is also a copy of 'last night a DJ saved my life' by Indeep

I knew it had Detroit in the title. Looks like Madonna copied again. But if that was from the tour how could they play it at a restaurant? Lol. And I didn't know about the "Last Night A DJ Saved My Life" song. Thanks for sharing that. Looks like Madonna is sooo creative. A creative person would not sample and copy for most of the things they do.

But if that was from the tour how could they play it at a restaurant? Lol. It's because the tour versions are later recorded on DVD and also sold in shops. She gets the money again for other's people work.

Ok, here is the answer- my vote. Most of You knew the correct answer. Yesterday I found out about 10 or more plagiarisms. So she even commited even over 80 plagiarisms. But when 1 her song ripped off 5 another songs I counted it as 5 plagiarisms.
